Celebrity Pastry Chef Christophe Rull has built an extraordinary career spanning more than 20 years, working with some of the most prestigious hotels and culinary institutions in France and the United States.
Born and raised in Marseille, France, Christophe began his culinary journey at the age of 16 in a Michelin-starred restaurant. His talent, dedication, and passion for pastry quickly earned him recognition, leading to a position as Assistant Instructor at ENSP (École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie), one of the world’s most renowned pastry schools founded by Alain Ducasse.
Christophe’s career then took him to the United States, where he joined the opening team of ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. He later advanced to the role of Assistant Executive Pastry Chef at MGM Grand. His next major career milestone came in San Diego, California, where he became Executive Pastry Chef at Park Hyatt Aviara, overseeing pastry operations at one of Southern California’s premier luxury resorts.
