Co-Founder Wilma Rull is the heart of Christophe Rull Patisserie. Sharing a common vision with Chef Christophe, she played an instrumental role in transforming their dream into reality and establishing their first brick-and-mortar location in North City, San Marcos. Through her dedication, leadership, and unwavering support, she has helped create a welcoming destination known for exceptional pastries, desserts and genuine hospitality.

With a professional background in accounting, finance, and business operations, Wilma brings extensive expertise to the company. Prior to co-founding the patisserie, she served as Assistant Controller at the renowned Beverly Hills Hotel, where she developed strong skills in financial management, operational oversight and organizational leadership.

At Christophe Rull Patisserie, Wilma oversees front-of-house operations, accounting, human resources, marketing, and administrative functions, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence help create an exceptional experience for both guests and team members.
