She is the strongest pillar in making their first brick-and-mortar location in North City, a welcoming destination for exceptional pastries, desserts, and hospitality.
With a professional background in accounting and finance, Wilma brings extensive operational expertise and experience to the business. Former, an Assistant Controller at the renowned Beverly Hills Hotel, she brings strong skills in financial management, payroll, administration, and organizational leadership.
At Christophe Rull Patisserie, Wilma oversees the front-of-house operations, accounting,
payroll, and administrative functions that help keep the business running smoothly. Beyond her operational responsibilities, she is often the first friendly face guests encounter when they walk through the doors. Known for her warmth and genuine hospitality, Wilma takes pride in
greeting customers, engaging in conversation, and creating an atmosphere that makes everyone, feel at home.
